Important: MyGlobe is not a government agency. We do not provide legal advice. Our services are administrative and coordination-based. For legal questions about your specific documents or situation, please consult with a qualified attorney.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders and User Responsibilities

When placing an order, you agree to:

  • Submit authentic, unaltered documents
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or approvals

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9. User Content and Uploaded Documents

By uploading documents to our platform, you grant MyGlobe a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store, and process those documents solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload the documents you submit and that the documents are authentic and unaltered.

You may not use our Services to:

  • Submit fraudulent, forged, or altered documents
  • Misrepresent the purpose or use of authenticated documents

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AUTHENTICATED DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY PARTICULAR ENTITY, GOVERNMENT, OR INSTITUTION.

We are not responsible for actions taken by government agencies, embassies, or other third parties. Decisions regarding document acceptance are made solely by the receiving entity.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYGLOBE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Chicago, Illinois, and the language shall be English.
